How early should a reservation be made?
We will do everything we can to accommodate our clients with short notice, but we encourage everyone to make their reservation as soon as their itinerary is finalized. Online Reservations cannot be made within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving within 48 hours please contact us directly.

Do we need to call to reconfirm our pick up from the airport?
Reconfirming your plans prior to arriving in Orlando is not necessary. You will receive and e-mail confirmation with the detail of your reservation. At this point, please let us know if there are any changes to your itinerary or travel plans. Please do call us immediately if you did not receive your confirmation email or if you wish to make any changes to your original reservation.

How do we find our driver at Orlando International Airport?
Your driver will meet and greet you at the baggage claim area at Orlando International Airport with your name on a sign. If you do not see your driver, just contact us and we'll locate him for you.

Can we request car seat or booster?
Car seats and booster seats are provided complimentary when you travel with Worldgate Transportation. Due to size limitations, we do not carry Car Seats in our sedans. Car seats are used for children who weigh 22 lbs. - 40 lbs., generally ages 1 to 4 1/2 years. Booster seats are used for children who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs.) or more.

Does Worldgate Transportation provides a complimentary stop?
Yes, we provide up to 30 minutes complementary Publix grocery stop for non limousine round trips from Orlando Airports. $20.00 fee will be added to your rate for one way and limousine transfers. Additional fees will apply if your stop is longer than 30 minutes or if you need to make extra stops.

We will not stop at Costco, Sams Club or Walmart.
Stops are only offered on first leg of transportation.
Grocery stops may not be available after 10 pm due to store closing.

Upon arriving at your destination, all payments can be made by cash to your driver. The driver will then issue cash receipt and reconfirm your return date and time. If you prefer to pay with a credit card, no action is need it. We will bill the credit card you provided for your reservation. Payment receipt will be sent to the email on file. No Show Charges will apply if your reservation is not cancelled according to the agreement stated in your confirmation. No show fee will be equal to the first leg of your trip for point to point transfers and three hours for hourly rates.

Your return time is scheduled based on the information you provide us when your reservation was made. The standard pick up time for all returns to Orlando International Airport (MCO) from Disney World or Universal areas, is 2 1/2 hours (domestic), and 3 hours (international) prior to your flight time. Please contact us if you need to make any changes.
